Ramana M Reddicharla, CTO :
Mr.Ramana plays a key role in defining the company's technology and innovation strategy and to maintain company's leadership in the industry continuously. His responsibilities include monitoring new technologies and adopting them in Cosmic keeping in mind the customer needs. Prior to his appointment, Ramana spent several years in consulting for Internet startup firms including India's-Best Pvt Ltd. He worked for Dell (India) as consultant, where he provided the technical vision and gave direction for the company's technology strategy. In his initial career he worked with Satyam Computer Services Ltd, Bangalore as a software engineer and soon rose to become a project lead there.

Ramana holds MBA in Information Technology and Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication.

Sripad D.Kulkarni, COO :
Mr.Sripad has a combined experience of over 25 years in IT and Process Management in the areas of Banking, Finance, Accounting and Marketing Research. He holds Master’s Degree in Commerce & in Management.

Santhosh Kumar. K, VP (Operations):
He holds a Post graduate degree in Commerce from Mysore University as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance. He also holds certifications from AMFI and NCFM.

Santhosh joined cosmic with over 4 years of experience in US accounting and Taxation that he gained through his work experience at M/S. Ernst and Young. He brings strong process discipline in both the technological and operational aspects of our service.

He has the credit of being a Charter President of Rotaract Club Mysore South-East RI Dist.3180 (Youth wing of rotary international) and Presently serving as Zonal secretary (Chamundi Zone) interacting with all top business community of Rotary and Rotaract Family.
